He has successfully delivered new product offerings at scale, while sustaining and evolving existing product suites. Thomas has demonstrated his ability to balance strategy and execution while quickly turning ideation into products. In previous roles, Thomas has overseen many large platform modernization initiatives with a strong focus on user experience, data analytics, and driving scalable end-to-end solutions for monitoring and production health. Prior to SiriusXM and Pandora, Thomas spent several years at Microsoft, spanning a broad spectrum of technologies, starting in gaming and media, and culminating with the launch of Microsoft Office on iOS and Android. Before joining IAS, he served as SVP Engineering at SiriusXM and Pandora, where he was responsible for the full engineering stack and architecture. Thomas is a hands-on technology leader with a wealth of experience across varied domains including Gaming, Media, Enterprise Productivity, Ads, Mobile, Web and Cloud. Thomas Joseph joined IAS as CTO in 2022 bringing over two decades of tech-industry leadership to the role. He holds several patents for his innovations in digital media, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from NM University. Tom has successfully incubated, launched, and scaled several high-profile consumer media, advertising, and video products that have enabled high-revenue growth. He was the recipient of the Edison Award for the launch of Hulu’s video syndication product, recognized for product and technology excellence, customer impact, and organizational citizenship. Throughout his career, Tom has also held several leadership roles at NBCUniversal including Vice President, Emerging Products, and was a founding team member for Hulu. He also founded Impact Digital Media, which provides product and technology consulting services to the world’s top media companies and studios. Prior to IAS, Tom was the Senior Vice President and Head of Product at Intersection where he led product, user experience design, engineering, and technical operations. He brings more than 20 years of experience building innovative digital media and advertising products to the role. Tom joined Integral Ad Science in 2020 to lead the company’s global product organization. She resides in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters. Notable honors include: She Runs It “Woman of the Year 2020,” the Adweek 50, Business Insider’s “Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising,” New York Business Journal’s “Women of Influence,” and Working Mother’s “50 Most Powerful Moms.” Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Bates College and a master’s degree in public administration from New York University. Lisa serves as a board member for the Ad Council, Bates College, Greenwich Academy, and the MMA. Prior to Amazon, Lisa spent 10 years at Microsoft culminating in her role as General Manager of the national sales and service teams where she focused on driving revenue for the company’s top online advertising accounts. Previously, Lisa was Amazon’s Vice President of Global Advertising Sales, where she developed the company’s global advertising business through product, marketing, sales, and operations strategies, driving consistent revenue growth. Lisa served as CRO until the acquisition of Yahoo by Verizon in June 2017. Prior to joining IAS, Lisa was Chief Revenue Officer at Yahoo where she oversaw the company’s global sales organization and provided solutions for advertisers worldwide. Lisa joined IAS as CEO in January 2019, bringing more than 20 years of digital advertising expertise and tech-industry leadership experience to the role.
